I know that the last few months have been very difficult for you and I just want you to know that when somebody has given so much of himself through the years, it is hard to find a way to say thanks. But for all the times you took the time and for all the wonderful memories you have given our family --- Thanks Dad.

I have been a very shy person all of my life and decided to step out of my comfort zone and do something about it...this is a place for me to release a little bit more of me out into the world with no judgement and a place that I can talk about the crap that is going on in my body that I don't share willingly in 'real life' too often. Bear with me as it will take a bit for me to really 'talk'...
